Alejandro Núñez Delgado is a student of the Master of Science in Biotechnology at the Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM, 2023). He graduated in Chemical Engineering from IEST-Anáhuac (2020) and from CBTis 103 "Francisco Javier Mina" as Chemical Laboratory Technician with honors. Engineer Núñez has stood out for his academic performance.
Upon graduating from university, he obtained the CENEVAL Award for his remarkable result in the EGEL IQUIM test. In 2016, he won first place in Chemistry at the DGETI Academic Festival and the silver medal at the National Chemistry Olympiad, organized by Academia Mexicana de Ciencias (AMC).
Before joining his master's studies, engineer Núñez held the position of Production Trainee at Smurfit Kappa Mexico, where he had the opportunity to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and learn about the paper manufacturing process while developing diverse innovation projects.
Nowadays, he is working with Dr. Cristina Chuck on the project “High-Pressure Processing for Mature Breast Milk Treatment in human milk banks: effect on quality parameters.”
